had a visit
from one of
our club friends,
Jon Bullock
from the Institute
Krav Maga. It
was great fun
training under
Jon's tution,
practising all
sorts of tactics
from how to
get a drunk
friend who's
passed out on
the floor and
being attacked
to safety to
techniques such
as protecting
your kids from
an armed attacker.
There will be
more visiting
instructors
