COURSE
To
Join west Coast Krav Maga you're
typically over 18 years (we've people
upto 70 years old training with us!)
Under 18 years, you'll need contact
us first before you can join in.
As a beginner with Krav
Maga, it is important
that you join in with an induction
session. This costs £15 and covers
enough knowledge such as basic
stances, 360 defences against
attacks etc, to help you get the
most from your training.
After you've completed
the induction, you can
join the class with enough background
to get the most from the lessons.
There are Introduction Classes in Blackpool and Preston, check below for details.
