our club friends,
Jon Bullock
from the Institute
Krav Maga. It
was great fun
training under
Jon's tution,
practising all
sorts of tactics
from how to
get a drunk
friend who's
passed out on
the floor and
being attacked
to safety to
techniques such
as protecting
your kids from
an armed attacker.
There will be
more visiting
