Krav Maga is a reality-based
system. There are no katas,
fancy kicks, choreographed
movement, or techniques
that aren’t practical for
real life self defence situations.
We
teach avoidance of a confrontation
first, then defences when
necessary to escape a situation.
The kids get a great workout,
learning through games and
problem solving to keep
them challenged and motivated.
This makes it very different
to learning a traditional
martial art.
This class is aimed at children
6 years - 9 years old.

AT THE SCHOOL GYM (PART
OF THE LEISURE CENTRE) 5:50pm.
IT'S A FREE TRIAL FOR CHILDREN.
You'll need loose comfy clothes
for the kids, soft soled trainers
(or pumps) and they'll want
a drink for during the lesson.
