As a complete beginner, you can join in at one of our self defence training courses before starting a class. You'll learn in a fun and friendly environment, the basic defences and 360 degrees movement principles of Krav Maga.

After you have completed the induction, you can join a class with enough knowledge to get the most out of your training.

>>OPTION 2 PARTICIPATE AS A TRIAL STUDENT IN A CLASS:

You can participate in a class as a trial student. If you decide to continue training. You'll need to join as a regular student on the Gold Package.

You've had a trial lesson or completed the self defence/induction course, what's next. You can join the club and enjoy 4 classes in a month for £20. This is great value and giving you a substantial savings over the trial class option. Complete the form to pay online:

WHAT HAPPENS IN MY FIRST CLASS::

You'll be introduced to the instructors and asked to fill in some health and safety questionnaires. You'll be given some background information on Krav Maga and introduced to the fundamental techniques of Krav Maga.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED::

You'll need some loose comfy clothing, trainers, notepad & pen.

Insurance

All instructors are fully covered with instructors indemnity insurance. Although we take every precaution to protect against accidents. We recommend that all students obtain a suitable student to student insurance policy. This can be obtained for an annual fee of £20 per year.
