WORKSHOP: |

As
a complete
beginner,
you can
join in
at one of
our induction/self
defence
training
courses
before starting
a class.
You'll learn
in a fun
and friendly
environment,
the basic
defences
and 360
degrees
movement
principles
of Krav
Maga.
After you
have completed
the induction,
you can
join a class
with enough
knowledge
to get the
most out
of your
training.
The induction
course costs
only £10.

SEMINAR: |

to the instructors
and asked to fill
in some health
and safety questionnaires.
You'll be given
some background
information on
Krav Maga and
introduced to
the fundamental
techniques of
Krav Maga. |

EQUIPMENT DO I
NEED:: |
| You'll
need some loose
comfy clothing,
trainers, notepad
& pen. |
| |
| Insurance |
| All
instructors are
fully covered
with instructors
indemnity insurance.
Although we take
every precaution
to protect against
accidents. We
recommend that
all
students obtain
a suitable student
to student insurance
policy.
This can be obtained
for an annual
fee of £20
per year.
